JIM SIMPSON

As vice president of Business Development for Boeing Satellite Systems International, Jim Simpson is responsible for business and product development activities in support of telecommunications satellite procurements.  A veteran of more than 25 years of aerospace business experience, he has authored several papers on topics ranging from the space segment market to launch systems and materials development.  Simpson holds a master of business administration degree from the University of Southern California.  He earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Materials Engineering from the University of California at Los Angeles, and completed a graduate certificate program in Engineering Management at the California Institute of Technology.
