Mr. Schoonover is a Senior Analyst for TeleGeography Research where he specializes in Internet and capacity infrastructure including colocation, metropolitan area networks, and long-haul capacity services.  Prior to joining TeleGeography, he served in several key research, finance / contracts and technology development positions with multinational firms.  He holds a B.A. and an M.A. from American University.
