BIN ZHANG
Professor, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, People’s Republic of China

Dr. Zhang, Bin is a Professor in the School of Economics and Management of the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. During academic year 2003-2004, she was a Visiting Scholar at the Institute for Information Policy at the Pennsylvania State University on a grant funded by the China Scholarship Council.  Her research specializes in telecommunications policy and telecommunications network and service management. She has published extensively on those and related topics. She was co-author on papers presented at PTC05 and PTC06, and presented a paper on the "China" panel at PTC06. She holds a Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering, an M.S. in Management Engineering, and a B.S. in Telecommunications Engineering, all from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
