The following provide a general overview of the terms and conditions related to our support programs for you to use for comparison purposes. This is not a legal document. A legally binding support agreement documenting our mutual commitments will be provided once your specific technical support needs have been determined.

Terms & Conditions

Specific terms and conditions are contained in the Customer Support Agreement. The following are for comparison purposes only and are not legally binding on either of us.

Technical Services Support Fees

All technical support fees are due and payable annually in advance for the support level you chose to purchase. Failure to promptly submit payment will result in immediate termination of all technical support services. A reinstatement fee may apply.

Support Period

Our technical support programs are provided on an annual basis, no exceptions.

Service Levels

We provide different levels of technical support to address different levels of complexity individual companies may experience. Higher levels of technical support include the features and benefits of the lower levels (e.g. Gold support includes Silver & Bronze plus it’s own unique features).
