Guests
Guests are welcome to attend the Opening Reception provided a guest ticket has been purchased for the event. A Guest is defined as a spouse/significant other, friend or an adult child (21 or older). Children under 21 are not allowed to attend any PTC functions. If you wish to arrange for childcare, please contact the hotel concierge for the Keiki Program.

Planet PTC® is a feature of the Mid-Pacific Marketplace which is located in the Coral Ballroom on the 6th Floor of the Mid-Pacific Conference Center. The Press Office is available for working press only. Media kits, advertising kits and other conference materials will be available in the Press Office.

VISA PROCESSING DELAYS
Please allow for ample time to obtain a visa before your planned travel to PTC'07. Visa applications are now subject to a greater degree of scrutiny than in the past. The U.S. Department of State recommends that visa applications be submitted 4-5 months in advance as delays are expected.

PTC Mid-Pacific Marketplace

Rainbow Express – Keiki Club
The Hilton Hawaiian Village® Beach Resort & Spa provides a fun, safe environment for guests aged 5-12. Full and half-day programs are available, Monday through Sunday. TELECOM SERVICE
The Hilton Hawaiian Village® Beach Resort & Spa will provide telecom service and high speed internet services for conference attendees and exhibitors. PTC’07 POLICIES

Access to PTC Receptions
In order to attend the receptions, you must be registered for the entire conference or registered for the day of the reception that you wish to attend.

Opening Reception
Non-conference and one-day conference attendees (who are not registered for Sunday) may not purchase Opening Reception tickets. The exception would be guests (description provided above) of registered full-delegates, in which case, tickets can only be purchased for the guests by the registered delegates before or during the conference, based on availability.

Badges and Admittance
Official PTC badges must be worn at all times for admittance to all conference sessions, social events and the exhibition. There will be a US$50 charge to replace badges. PTC reserves the right to refuse entry or escort out any delegate without the appropriate badge.

Participant and Exhibitor badges are non-transferable. Transferring and sharing of badges will result in confiscation of badge and revocation of registration.

Guests

No Smoking Policy
In consideration of the conference delegates, we request that there be no smoking during all conference sessions and in the conference foyer.

Registration Policy

  • Registrations will not be processed without payment.
  • Fee rates will be determined by the date payment is received.
  • A valid form or photo identification must be presented to claim registration badge and materials.
  • Materials may not be picked up for another registrant, unless a copy of a valid form of photo identification of the registrant is provided.
  • PTC does not accept hotel deposits or reservations.

All credit card transactions are processed in US dollars and are subject to the current exchange rates. Only US dollars are accepted. International funds must be submitted in US dollars.

One-day Registration includes:
Online proceedings, and sessions/ exhibits/ coffee breaks/ food and beverage functions (excluding those by invitation only) for that day. This excludes the individual from any events outside of that day.

Substitution Policy
Paid registrations may be transferred to a substitute attendee that falls in the same registration category. All substitution requests must be submitted in writing via post, fax or email. Substitutions received after Friday, 15 December 2006 are subject to an administrative fee of US$50.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via post, fax or email. Cancellations received by Friday, 15 December 2006 are subject to a US$100 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after Friday, 15 December 2006.

Turn Off Cell Phones and Pagers
All conference delegates are reminded to turn off their cell phones and pagers before attending a session. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
