VISA PROCESSING DELAYS

Please allow for ample time to obtain a visa before your planned travel to PTC'07. Visa applications are now subject to a greater degree of scrutiny than in the past. The U.S. Department of State recommends that visa applications be submitted 4-5 months in advance as delays are expected.

HOTEL INFORMATION

The Pacific Telecommunications Council has blocked a limited number of rooms at the Hilton Hawaiian Village® Beach Resort & Spa for PTC'07. All room reservations must be submitted via the Hilton online reservation page at www.hiltonhawaiianvillage.com/ptc and received by Thursday, 14 December 2006 to qualify for the PTC rate. Rooms are on a space available basis only.

PTC’07 Conference Attendee and Exhibitor Rates:
Room rates are listed below and are subject to the Hawaii state tax, presently 11.41%. If room selection is not available, the next available room type will be assigned.

In cooperation with PTC, the Hilton Hawaiian Village® Beach Resort & Spa will contribute US$5 per day of this rate to defray expenses.

The above rates are for single or double occupancy. There is an additional US$45 charge for third and fourth parties.

Note: You must show proof of Conference Registration* or Exhibitor Confirmation** upon check-in at the Hilton Hawaiian Village® Beach Resort & Spa in order to receive the special PTC room rate. If you have not registered, or do not show proof of Conference Registration or Exhibitor Confirmation, the special room rate will increase by US$25 per night.

*Acceptable Conference Registration proof include registration confirmation receipt or a conference attendee badge.
**Acceptable Exhibitor Confirmation has to be provided on a PTC letterhead.

Non-Conference Attendee Rates:
Individuals not registered for PTC’07 will not be given the preferred discounted hotel room rates.

ALTERNATE HOTEL INFORMATION

Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki & Golf Club
The Pacific Telecommunications has blocked a limited number of rooms at the Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki & Golf Club. The following rate is available from 14 January 2007 through 16 January 2007:

The above rates are based on single and double occupancy, and subject to hotel room tax of 7.25% and state tax of 4.166%, currently totaling 11.416% (subject to increase in 2007). These rates are guaranteed for three (3) days prior to and after the PTC'07 event, based on availability at the time of booking.

There will be a third-person charge of US$60.00 per night. Maximum guestroom capacity is three (3) adults or two (2) adults and two (2) children. Children 17 years and under are complimentary in the same room utilizing existing bedding, when traveling with an adult.

Check-in time is 3:00pm; Check-out time is 12 noon. You are advised to schedule your arrival date a day prior at the above rate, in order to guarantee an early check-in.

For Golfers:
Hawaii Prince is pleased to offer all attendees of the Pacific Telecommunications Council's 2007 conference and exhibition (PTC'07) a special group rate of US$85.00, plus tax, for greens and shared cart fees, as well as advance golf tee times and tennis court times. Tee times may be arranged when making your room reservations.

Continental Airlines is the official airline for PTC’07. Zone fares and Discounts off coach / first class/ BusinessFirst airfares are available for the period of 9 January – 22 January 2007.
