File format is QuarkXpress 4.11 or InDesign CS (mac platform preferred) with all linked images saved in either tiff, jpg, or eps formats (bitmap tiff: minimum 600 pixel/inch, grayscale or cmyk: 300 pixel/inch).

Also, acceptable are press-version pdfs with all necessary marks and bleeds. Note: no color match guaranteed unless a hard-copy color proof is provided.
